Upon enrolling, you will have access to the online platform for 60 days. Within this time, you must successfully complete:
- all online learning and questions
- a short-written assessment (completing a basic form)
- an online written assessment
- a practical demonstration
Please note: the assessment for this course is conducted in English and must be completed without the aid of a translator.
As part of the assessment process, you will be required to verify your identity.
The practical demonstration is to be carried out in one session, via video evidence collection (webcam/smartphone required).
If you have not successfully completed all the above components within 60 days of enrolment, you will be required to re-enroll in the course.
DMIRS location requirement
Our assessment requires you to demonstrate proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You are required to provide your own PPE and ensure it is in good working order before the assessment, whether in person or via video. You will need:
- Hard hat
- Eye protection
- Hearing protection (earmuffs or ear plugs)
- High visibility (hi-vis) vest
